Spring Rolls!


YOU NEED:
1. for frying: wonton wrappers
2. for raw: rice paper rolls
3. meat, and/or vegetables, seasoning
4. dip

CRISPY SPRING ROLLS: fill wontons, coat with vegetable oil, bake or deep-fry.
COLD ROLL: rice paper rolls, soaked and filled.

1. TERIYAKI CHICKEN & MUSHROOM: fry teriyaki chicken, slice thinly, add fried mushrooms. carrots, onions, and any other veggie with a  bit of rice vinegar
2. BBQ PORK ROLL: Pork, cooked with Hoisin sauce, green onions, mushroom
3. CREAMY SUMMER ROLL: Cold rice paper roll with carrot, cucumber, cream cheese
4. SPICY ROLL: fried, baked, or cold: meat, veggies including cream cheese and asian Chili sauce/sriracha
