Spicy Shrimp & Chili Cold Rolls

SUPER EASY. Great for any occasion.

1. you need shrimp [about 1/2 cup] , defrosted or fresh, peeled, deveined and cooked. 
2. toss and let sit in 1 tablespoon chili paste and 2 tablespoons softened low fat cream cheese.
3. dampen rice paper rolls with moist paper towels. 


4. chop up green or normal onion, lettuce, cilantro, and cucumber into thin slices. 
*CONSIDER: avocado, bell peppers, finely chopped jalapeno, seaweed, toasted sesame seeds. chopped peanuts, etc]


5. put spicy shrimp in rice paper with toppings.
6. wrap up.
7. serve with peanut, sweet & sour, hoisin, or plum sauce dips.
