This is one of the best meals, ever.
YOU NEED:
SEAFOOD. shrimp. crab, lobster, fish, calamari, clams, a mix or whatever, fried in olive oil.
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon low fat sour cream
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon corn starch to thicken
2 tabkespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
salt and lots of black pepper.
olives, mushroom, and onion are optional, to taste.
parsley, nutmeg, to taste.
parmesan and parsley to garnish.
1. in a saucepan, heat butter. add garlic.
2. sautee seafood, garlic, veggies, whatever you're using.
3. add in mlk, sour cream, lemon juice, everything else BESIDES CHEESE, add corn starch to thicken.
4. once sauce has reached desrired consistency, add cheese.
5. if you haven't, boil pasta and drain.
6. toss with sauce, top with parmesan, nutmeg, and parsley. lots of black pepper.
Yeah, delicious.
