Meditteranean Lamb Burgers with Rosemary Goat Cheese


SO DELICIOUS.

1. make patties. 500 grams ground lamb, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, salt, pepper, 2 or 3 cloves garlic, a sprig of chopped rosemary, a pinch of two of thyme and turmeric.

2. grill, bbq, bake, or fry patties. 
3. toast some ciabatta or pita, nice bread. 
4. while still hot, add goat cheese and rosemary mix. [see recipe below]
5. great with lettuce, caramelized onions or roasted veggies.

ROSEMARY GOAT CHEESE SPREAD:
mix 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese, 2 tablespoons yogurt, a sprig or more fresh rosemary with  a dash of lemon and olive oil.
