Italian "Tacos"

An interesting take on Taco night. 

1. Fry up ground beef, pork, lamb, chicken, or turkey in olive oil. Drain excess oil.
2. add in onion, mushrooms, red peppers, zuchini, or whatever veggies. add 2 cloves minced garlic.
3. add a can of tomato sauce or mashed tomatoes. 
4. season with fresh parsley and/or basil.
5. simmer until ready.
6. put in taco, with parmesan cheese!
