Green Curry, Shrimp & Mushroom Soup

1. in a pot, heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil with garlic, red onion, and bell peppers. [also, consider baby corn, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, broccoli, green beans, or snow peas]
2. add shrimp, 2 tablespoons green curry paste, salt, pepper, minced garlic, 1 inch minced garlic, and asian chili sauce to taste.
3. add in half a can coconut milk (250 ml] and 1/4 cup chicken broth.
4. simmer, taste, season as you wish, simmer more until ready.
5. meanwhile, boil rice noodles, drain.
6. add rice noodles into sauce, bring to low heat.
7. garnish with peanuts, cilantro, and lime wedges.
