1. get chunks of firm tofu.
2. get 3 bowls out, one with flour, one with whipped egg [or olive oil for vegans] and panko breadcrumbs.
3. dip in each, coat evenly.
4. bake for 20 minutes at 400 F, flip. bake for another 10. [you can also fry in some healthy olive oil]
5. serve, with any sauce. soya, hoisin, ranch, barbeque, blue cheese, your pick!
