FOR DRESSING:
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2  tablespoons sugar
1/2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
curry paste is optional, so is ginger.
 FOR SALAD:
1/2 cup slivered almonds are optional.
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 10-ounce bag ready-to-use spinach leaves, boiled and sliced. 
a couple green onions, chopped

1. boil spinach, cool.
2. toss with everything else. 
3. serve!
