Crunchy Satay with Peanut Sauce

1. marinate meat [chicken, lamb, beef, pork, turkey, anything] in ginger, lime juice, garlic, red curry paste, salt, pepper
2. coat in flour. then egg, then crushed peanuts.
3. skewer, then bake, grill, or fry
4. make or buy peanut dipping sauce.
5. season with cilantro, thai basil.
