Creamy doesn't have to mean fattening.
1. CREAMY GREEK DRESSING: 2 tablespoons low fat greek yogurt, 3 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, 1 tablespoon softened low fat cream cheese, stirred.
2. toss together lettuce with dressing.
3. add cucumber, tomato, red onion, bell pepper, chopped
4. toss, add feta cheese.
