EASY AND SOOOO GOOD.
1. devein, peel, and ready shrimp. marinate in BBQ sauce.
2. grill. yum.
3. make lighter caesar dressing: 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup parmesan, 2 tablesoons low fat mayo, 4 cloves garlic, salt, pepper.
4. fry up some bacon and bread chunks if you like. croutons are essential according to moi.
5. cut up some romaine lettuce and toss with bacon, shrimp, croutons, and dressing. add more cheese, some ground black pepper.
