Bifteki

Bifteki is a greek seasoned lamb meatball or patty.... stuffed with feta cheese! Amazing. 

1. In a bowl, mix together 1 pound ground lamb, beef, pork, or chicken. I prefer a mix of beef and lamb. 
2. add 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, and season with 2 cloves minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary. 
3. form a flat patty, put a cube or feta cheese inside. roll over, make a ball.
4. bake or fry. fry until browned and cooked through on both sides in olive oil, or bake for 45 minutes at 400 F, turning once.
